Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Ancient Chinese Characters Topology
More than 10000 Xiao Zhuan character images scanned, and relationship between characters are saved in a xml file, available for further analysis and correction. Used an experimental java application to show the topology graph of the chinese characters.
