Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Isisdial Java
Isisdial Java generates standard telephone tones. After turning on your phone to get the tone you hold it up to to the speaker and the phone number will be dialled. Isisdial Java is command-line and cross-platform, with minimal requirements.
