Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

JideoGuard (java video guard system)
JideoGuard is a Java video guard system. It enables capturing from one source (webcam, camera, ...) and triggers alerts belonging to detected motions. Alerters can be configured and anybody can develop and add its own alerters thanks to provided API.
