Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Java/XML Knowledge Base
This is a knowledge base written in Java, with an XML file format. It asks users questions to guess an item. If the system gets it wrong, it can learn new questions. You can ask multiple choice questions, not just ones with yes and no answers.
