Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Frame Processing Language
The Frame Processing Language (FPL) is an XML language based on the Frame Technology by Paul G. Bassett as described in his book ГЇВїВЅFraming Software Reuse: lessons from the real worldГЇВїВЅ.
FPL is implemented in Java using JDOM,Saxon and Jakarta-oro.
