Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

JGPSMap
The JGPSMap is an application that retrieves and displays maps,
adds elements at arbitrary positions and saves the resulting map as GIF files.
Input files for map elements are: Netstumbler summary & its own ascii format
using polygons
