Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Java GUI for rioutil
A simple (hopefully nice) GUI for rioutil (s. rioutil project at sourceforge.net). Communication with the players is done by rioutil. JRio is only approved to work with the Rio Chiba but is likely to work with other players supported by rioutil, too.
