Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

JSpecView Project
The JSpecView Project provides an applet and application for the display of JCAMP-DX and AnIML/CML spectral files. It makes use of JAVA 1.5 calls and at present is being developed with 1.6.0. Each jar is date coded yy-mm-dd.
