Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

FLABER, stands for FLAsh-based web BuildER. A pure Flash RIA (Rich Internet Application) using ActionScripts as backbone, PHP as server side scripting and XML as data storage. As the name said, the project allows user to build their Flash webpage.
