Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

ID3v2 Audio Text Tools
Audio Text Tools allow authors to add audible metadata to their audio files, primarily for the benefit of the visually impaired. The information is embedded using a new ID3v2 ATXT frame, defined in an addendum to the ID3v2 specifications.
