Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

SVG Foundry
The goal of SVG Foundry is to provide a set of tools and libraries to
simplify the creation and manipulation of SVG components both on the
server side, in java, and the client side, in JScript.
SVG Foundry will also provide basic SVG Components.
