Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

jMapi MAPI 32 wrapper
jMapi is a windows MAPI32 wrapper. MAPI (Messaging Application Programming Interface). The purpose of jMapi is to wrap the MAPI interface so that the java community can send and receive email messages using Java.
