Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

The Sporniket Core Library
The Sporniket Core Library is a collection of Java components and interfaces that might be useful to other Java developper.
The first version (sporniketjava) is licensed under the GNU LGPL. As of version 2, the library is licensed under the GNU GPL.
