Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

"pgctn" is open source DICOM server/web-based viewing system. It is made by using PHP and javascript. Postgresql(also MySQL), CTN(also DCM4CHE), DCMTK and other open source software are used for the back end. The feature is to improve the AJAX.
