Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Narugo Go Game Java AI
Narugo is go game AI project. It has experimental GUI for debugging its logic and gnugo java 1.5 porting under construction. Project goals are use GP help build it AI logic. Also EA/GP simulations for TSP, Texas Hold'em and Graph layout problems.
