Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Distributed testing framework. Centralized control via Java, ANT, STAF, Postgres, etc. Distributed tests on windows, linux, other clients using STAF (and eventually other P2P tools). Tests are written in Java and are extremely simple to build.
