Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Sim4All is a battle & racks offline simulator for Ogame (a web-based game inspired in space conquest)
It's inspired in Speedsim, and even Sim4All is not so powerfull, it can perform some useful tasks for Ogamers, and it works on any platform (Java)!!
