Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Grules, a WWW interface to a GIS (GRASS)
Grules is a tool for publishing GIS content on the Web.
It supports GRASS (www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/)
and shapefiles (.shp).
Its can link graphical properties (colours, textures, labels)
of the objects in your maps, to variables in a database.
